Refund & Returns Policy

At M&C Cornhole, we take great pride in handcrafting every board to order. Because our products are personalised and made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at missitt@icloud.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-personalised items: If you ordered a non-personalised item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Order cancellations: As all items are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, production will have begun and we are unable to cancel.

Refund processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
