By placing an order with M&C Cornhole ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms.

Products: All cornhole boards and accessories are handmade to order. Product images are representative; slight variations in wood grain and finish are natural and expected.

Personalisation: For personalised orders, you are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, and details submitted are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for errors in information provided by the customer.

Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price at the time of your order will always be honoured.

Intellectual property: All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of M&C Cornhole and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
